Incredible mattress and exceptional customer support! The representative I spoke with was wonderfully proactive—she took the initiative to activate discounts, thoroughly explained each option available, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless delivery. Even when I couldn't personally meet the delivery team, she thoughtfully organized for them to coordinate directly with my contractor.

The mattress itself is an absolute dream, I ordered the Latex Organic III mattress and I’ve been getting a perfect sleep score every single night! Truly impressed and appreciative of such attentive and personalized service. Highly recommend!

When I was looking to buy a mattress, which is not an easy process given the amount of misinformation out there..., I saw these reviews here and thought they were fake.

Now I am sure they are not! I know the brand is not well known, but the concept of fully natural latex made total sense to me, and the CS people, especially Phoebe, are fantastic.

Bottom line, this mattress is a game changer due to;
1. Zero toxic smell as truly a natural organic product...
2. I went medium firm, back support amazing, back pain reduced by 70% (started pilates to help with the 30% outstanding...)
3. Only had the product for a while, but can see it is not going to sag, as 100% latex. Plus you can rotate the mattress around if it ever did, as just one solid lump of latex.

Bravo, this is truly a market leading product. I hope Heveya's brand name becomes more famous, as I know this can be off putting. However, if you take the leap, this truly is a fantastic product, hence me taking the time to write this here.

I want these guys to do well, as they have really helped me get a good and healthy nights sleep!

Bought the Heveya III during 11.11 sales. Overall a very smooth purchasing experience and the sales person Phoebe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the new mattress (thanks to Phoebe’s recommendations!), which feels cloudy but with a firm basis. No back pain anymore!

Excellent customer service which I think is rare these days in hk. I’ve been using their products for 10+ years now. This is the only shop in HK where you can buy a latex mattress. I recently just bought a new one from them. Their latex mattress is simply the best especially with the topper. I got a soft mattress which suited me the best as a side sleeper. Highly recommend this shop. I think it deserves more popularity in hk!

The Heveya team is extremely professional, friendly, meticulous and responsible. Suman helped us pick the mattress and answered our questions patiently, even if I had many questions as I wanted to customise the height of the bed base. She followed up where was needed, and made sure the delivery was smooth and suited our schedule. I was particularly impressed when she also followed up to see how we were doing with the new mattresses, it was a very considerate gesture. The delivery team led by Hadi was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable about the product, he was very careful when delivering the beds/mattresses and made sure everything was clean before he left. The service we received with Heveya has been exemplary. I am very appreciative of their care and concern in ensuring we selected the correct mattress and bed frame for our purposes. It was important to us that the mattress did not contain harmful chemicals and was also extremely comfortable. A rare find!
I must also say how impressed I am with the ergonomic slatted bed frame. It really enhances the comfort of the mattress.
Finally I would also highly recommend the bamboo bedding. It is extremely soft and silky and dries quickly (very useful in humid Hong Kong) and also requires little to no ironing.
Could not recommend Heveya more highly!

I bought a Heveya latex mattress for my daughter a year ago. I chose Heveya because their mattresses are made of 100% organic natural latex. My daughter said the mattress was very comfortable and no more backache. If I will buy a latex mattress for myself or for my family, I will choose Heveya again!
Also their staff, Olivier and Suman are really helpful and nice! It was a really good shopping experience!
